Oh hi...

I remembered my login! No, that’s not why I haven’t posted, I just honestly was a little worried I might not remember when I signed in after so many months.

I’m a sucker for a good floor.

I’m a sucker for a good floor.

This past year I have experienced huge changes, challenges, and successes in every aspect of my life. Some things I couldn’t talk about, at least not at the time, and some I just truly didn’t have the words for. I’m finally in a place where I am ready and able to start sharing and am so excited to be back with you (if any of you are still there).

Here’s a taste of what’s been going on. Posts (to the extent that I can share) to come:

  • I left my job… and started a new job!

  • I took two unforgettable trips this summer

  • Health: I have been struggling with my hip and impetigo; a family member has been ill

  • I moved…and became a HOMEOWNER!

Now for a completely random closing thought… Today was the NYC Marathon. For the first time, I went out to cheer. It is so inspiring to see people pushing through so many boundaries as they undertake this immense physical feat. From pacers to runners, Achilles guides and their partners, policeman, volunteers, it takes a village. I thought about taking pictures but ended up just wanting to take it all in and honestly wouldn’t have known who or what to focus on, it was all beautiful. Congratulations to all who took part!
